Tamari Salmon

This is my family’s favorite way to enjoy family.
A friend shared with me years back, and it’s become a boat to weeknight recipe for.
One of the reasons I enjoy it so much is because extremely healthy comes together very quickly and not require much prep at all!
Enjoy feeding your family!
Ingredients:
One large Salmon Fillet (I like to choose wild caught)
1/3 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
1/3 cup Tamari
1.5 Tbsp dried Dill
—
Method:
Preheat the oven to 420
Rinse the Salmon Fillet and pat it dry. Place, skin side down, on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Whisk the mayo, tamari and dill together until smooth and no lumps remain .
Spoon the sauce over the salmon, covering every inch of the fish. Extra will roll off and form bubbling puddles that become very delicious!
Bake on the top shelf of your oven for 10 minutes. You may want to finish with two minutes under the boiler to get golden top.
Serve immediately, my favorite items to add are roasted broccoli and coconut rice.
