Citrus Salad Dressing

A good Salad dressing is an utter game changer for Salad Enjoyment! I have a few go to’s… Dairy Free Ranch, Balsamic Dijon, Greek

This Citrus Salad Dressing has been the Summer flavor tho! I love it with this Peach and Feta Salad.

Note : Blending everything in a jar with the Emulsifier ( Immersion Blender) is seriously a must. It binds the ingredients together and makes a very smooth and creamy dressing consistency that you can’t really get from shaking it together.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup avocado oil

Juice of 1/2 orange

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 1/2 tsp apple cider Vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp honey

Method:

Measure everything into a wide mouth mason jar. Blend for 10-15 seconds with an immersion blender. Done!

Stores in the fridge for up to one week

This citrus dressing sounds absolutely delicious, Beth, the combination of orange, lemon, and honey with that creamy texture from the immersion blender must be incredible on a peach and feta salad! I'll definitely be trying this method for a smooth, emulsified dressing. By the way, for anyone interested in exploring different types of apps, you can check here for various options, though this recipe is a perfect way to brighten up summer meals. Thanks for sharing this simple, flavorful idea!
