Maple Balsamic Dressing

I love to pair this with either the Apple Cider Salad or the Butternut&Pear Autumn Salad.


1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Whole Grain Mustard

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 whole Garlic clove ( smash it and remove the skin but leave it whole. The flavor will just 'touch' the dressing without dominating)


Add everything to a jar. Shake it up. Serve. Will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
