Morning Coffee… ahhh. I literally fall asleep thinking about the taste of that first cup. The world runs on coffee, but often it’s coffee filled with cream and sugar. The coffee itself isn’t bad, it’s what we add to it that brings a challenge to our health. So this ‘clean’ alternative to pre-made creamers is very exciting!

In search of a new way to drink my coffee, I spent several hours scrolling through my Pintrest feed and turning the pages of my cookbooks. The resulting recipe is a combination of several other recipes I read. As always, I’ve been inspired by others and cannot take full credit for ‘creating’ thing recipe out of thin air! Danielle Walker has the winning combo on using both maple and honey – shout out to you girl!
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (boxed is fine but the homemade kind REALLY does make this recipe taste better)
1 cup coconut milk (canned and full fat please!)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Measure everything into a medium sized mason jar.
Put the lid on and shake until well combined.
That's it! You're done! This will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
